Feedback and Update Me

When troubled by a particular problem it is easy to feel isolated and alone and not know where to turn for help.

If you would like to offload or you feel you need more information, please email us and we will offer support and/or consult our large database of local and national organisations to see if anyone else may be able to offer help with your concerns.

Our email reply will be from help@familyline.org.uk and the subject line will be “Your Email” and we do not attach your original email with our reply and we will never send out unsolicited emails.

We aim to reply to all enquiries within two working days, if you feel your situation is urgent and you would like a more immediate response, please call us on our free helpline 0808 800 5678.

As there is a limit to how much emotional support our email service can offer, callers to our helpline often find they can more fully explore their situation and the opportunities available to them.

Our email service is secure and confidential: we only break confidentiality if there is a life threatening situation, or a child or adult is at risk of significant harm.
