Friends of FamilyLine was launched in July 2009 as a way of raising funds on a regular basis in order to maintain and expand our family helpline and email services.

As a Surrey based charity, we are supported by the local Council, Boroughs, Police and Primary Care Trust, however, each year we must raise 68% of our funds by grants and donations.

Membership is £10 per year, for which you will receive our official Friends of FamilyLine membership certificate, our quarterly Friends of FamilyLine newsletter plus an invitation to our Annual General Meeting which is held each October.

Every single penny donated is spent in providing our confidential helpline and email services, thanks to the provision of a free office, our professionally trained team of unpaid volunteers and our two very hardworking staff. With the help of our Friends we can keep FamilyLine running this year and next, and we can continue to spread the word about our tremendous service. 

   FamilyLine can make a real difference to many people, but we really do need your support.
