FRIENDS OF FAMILYLINE
Friends of FamilyLine was launched in July 2009 as a way of raising much needed funds to maintain and expand the important famiy helpline service.
Membership is £10 per year and for this we'll send you: Your official Friends of FamilyLine membership certificate, a quarterly Friends of FamilyLine newsletter, and an invitation to our Annual General Meeting. Last year our AGM keynote speaker was Chris Grayling MP, Shadow Home Secretary and champion of families.
As a Surrey charity, we are supported by the Council, Boroughs, Police and Primary Care Trust, however, we must still raise 68% of our funds by grants and donations. Every penny we receive is well spent in providing our confidential helpline service, thanks to the provision of a free office and our professionally trained team of some 40 unpaid volunteers and our two hardworking staff.
With the help of our Friends we can keep FamilyLine running and spread the word about our tremendous service. FamilyLine can make a real difference, but as a charity may not be able to continue without your support.
