Teenagers

Teenagers struggle with relationships with their parents, friends, girlfriends, boyfriends, their feelings, their sexuality, harassment from others, their education, their future and the list continues.

The ups and downs of any adult - child - parent relationships are the subject of movies and television as well as the reality for most of us, so if you are struggling relax, you’re not alone, in fact you’re in the majority.

For parents: After about the age of 13 the “window of opportunity” to create real open communication with your child narrows and it may even be too late.

For adolescent boys and girls, dealing with the pressures in your life often involves figuring out how you feel.
