FamilyLine’s ability to support families through difficult times depends on its volunteers. They get involved in a wide range of activities but the most important is responding to our callers and answering ‘help’ emails.
Full training is given to all helpline volunteers. This ensures that we continue to provide a high quality listening and emotional support service. We can offer great flexibility within the working week for anyone who joins our Team.
