FamilyLine's survival depends on it’s volunteers, who are are involved in a wide range of activities, the most important of which is responding to callers to the Family Helpline and answering help emails.

Full training is given to all helpline volunteers, as it is vital we are able to provide a high quality listening and emotional support service. There is also  great flexibility within the working week for anyone who joins our team.
